Terms and Conditions for Using THE KLINIQUE Cash Voucher

• Customers will receive Cash Vouchers in denominations of THB 1,000 each, with the total value corresponding to the amount purchased (e.g., a purchase of THB 5,000 will receive five THB 1,000 Cash Vouchers).
• After the order is completed, customers will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address used for registration. This email must be presented as proof to collect the physical Cash Vouchers at THE KLINIQUE.
• The Cash Voucher can be collected at the THE KLINIQUE branch of your choice 5 business days after your order is successfully placed.
• Please present the Cash Vouchers along with a national ID card or passport to THE KLINIQUE staff for verification before using the vouchers to pay for treatment programs.
• This voucher can be used as a cash equivalent for payment of treatment programs at all THE KLINIQUE branches, except THE KLINIQUE Surgery Center and Hair Center.
•  Each voucher may be used only once and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded or compensated in cash or any other form under any circumstances.
• The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to this voucher.
• Vouchers that are damaged, torn, counterfeit, or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, and the company’s decision shall be final.
• Cash Vouchers are valid for use from 17 March 2026 to 31 December 2026 only (when a Cash Voucher is used to purchase any program at THE KLINIQUE, the purchased course will be valid for 1 year from the date the course is activated).
• Limit of use: 1 voucher per person.
• Vouchers may be used to pay for programs at their full value, with no limit on the number of vouchers used per transaction.
• Unused vouchers may be transferred to another person for use at THE KLINIQUE, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.

• Customers may collect their Cash Vouchers in person at any THE KLINIQUE branch selected at the time of purchase.

• The Cash Voucher can be collected at the THE KLINIQUE branch of your choice 5 business days after your order is successfully placed.
• Customers must present a national ID card or passport with the same name as used during registration as proof for collecting the Cash Voucher.
