• THB 30,000 Purchase: Upon purchasing a ZeeNuNew Special BOX valued at THB 30,000, customers will receive: 1. ZeeNuNew Special BOX, THE KLINIQUE Cash Voucher valued at THB 30,000 and 45,000 Points and 30 Privilege Entries for the “ZEE you NEW year’s Celebration” campaign.
• THB 50,000 Purchase: Upon purchasing a ZeeNuNew Special BOX valued at THB 50,000, customers will receive: 1 ZeeNuNew Special BOX, THE KLINIQUE Cash Voucher valued at THB 50,000 and 100,000 Points and 50 Privilege Entries for the “ZEE you NEW year’s Celebration” campaign.

Collection & Delivery Methods

• Option 1: Self-Pick-up
  Customers may pick up the ZeeNuNew Special BOX and THE KLINIQUE Cash Voucher in person at the designated THE KLINIQUE branch selected during the time of purchase.
• Option 2: Home Delivery

The item will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the checkout process.

*Note 1: The ZeeNuNew Special BOX will be dispatched approximately 7 business days (excluding public holidays) after the successful completion of the order. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur during transit.
Note 2: ZeeNuNew Special BOXes 6/11, these are pre-order items and will be dispatched approximately 20 business days (excluding public holidays) after the successful completion of the order.

Terms & Conditions for Branch Self-Pick-up

• Customers can collect their ZeeNuNew Special BOX at the selected THE KLINIQUE branch 5 business days (excluding public holidays) following the date of successful order placement.
• Customers must present a valid National ID Card or Passport matching the registered name as proof of identity to claim the ZeeNuNew Special BOX.
• Customers must present the order confirmation email displaying the matching order number and customer name to the staff on-site at THE KLINIQUE branch.

Terms and Conditions for Using THE KLINIQUE Cash Voucher

• Customers will receive Cash Vouchers in denominations of THB 1,000 each, with the total value corresponding to the amount purchased (e.g., a purchase of THB 5,000 will receive five THB 1,000 Cash Vouchers).
• After the order is completed, customers will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address used for registration. This email must be presented as proof to collect the physical Cash Vouchers at THE KLINIQUE.
• The Cash Voucher can be collected at the THE KLINIQUE branch of your choice 5 business days after your order is successfully placed.
• Please present the Cash Vouchers along with a national ID card or passport to THE KLINIQUE staff for verification before using the vouchers to pay for treatment programs.
• This voucher can be used as a cash equivalent for payment of treatment programs at all THE KLINIQUE branches, except THE KLINIQUE Surgery Center and Hair Center.
• Each voucher may be used only once and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded or compensated in cash or any other form under any circumstances.
• The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to this voucher.
• Vouchers that are damaged, torn, counterfeit, or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, and the company’s decision shall be final.
• Cash Vouchers are valid for use from 17  August 2026 to 31 March 2027 only (when a Cash Voucher is used to purchase any program at THE KLINIQUE, the purchased course will be valid for 1 year from the date the course is activated).
• Limit of use: 1 voucher per person.
• Vouchers may be used to pay for programs at their full value, with no limit on the number of vouchers used per transaction.
• Unused vouchers may be transferred to another person for use at THE KLINIQUE, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.
